Yes. The 40 fl diagnostic fee is credited toward any repair — fixed-price or hourly. If no further work is done, the fee is retained for the evaluation time.
Simple repairs like OS reinstalls or RAM swaps are usually done within 24 hours. Complex jobs may take longer — we'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Yes — rental devices are available so you're not left without a computer while yours is being serviced. Ask about availability when you drop off.
We accept cash and bank transfer only. We do not accept card payments at this time.
